You only get 10lbs of stew meat and/or cube steak per half unless you give up round steak and/or rump roast.
We only package hamburger in tubes. We stuff all burger by manual stuffer, so we try to get as close to the suggested weight that you choose.
Steak thickness includes T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, and Rub steak. Round steak and Chuck steak are cut at ¾”. Please write in comments if you want to change.

All beef are hung for a minimum of 7 days. There is a $20 cooling fee if you choose to have your beef hung for more than 10 days. Standard butchering fee for beef is $30 for a half and $60 for a whole. Any beef over 1,200lbs is $40 for a half and $80 for a whole.


T-Bones, Rib Steak, Porterhouse, Tenderloin, and Sirloin Tip Steak are wrapped 2PP. Chuck Steak, Sirloin, and Round Steak are wrapped 1PP. If you choose to have all steaks 1PP, there is an additional $.10 charge.

Hamburger:

If you are only getting a quarter, we can only package hamburgers in 1# tubes because we have to divide it equally for 2 parties. We stuff all burgers by manual stuffer, so we try to get as close to the suggested weight that you choose.
If both parties don’t choose same thickness, we will do a standard 1”. Steak thickness includes t-bone, porterhouse, sirloin, and rib steak. Round steak and chuck steak are cut at ¾”, please write in comments if you want to change.

Types of Cuts:

On half of the pig you can get 1 picnic ham and two hocks, on a whole pig you can get 2 picnic hams and 4 hocks. Options below for both:

The standard butchering fee for a pig is $30 a whole and $15 a half. If the pig weighs more than 400 pounds it is $50 a whole and $25 a half. Pork chops are packaged 4pp and steaks are 2pp. If you would like it packaged differently, please let us know in the comment section. If you choose to have your chops 2pp & steaks 1pp there’s an additional $.10lb hanging weight.
